We want homeowners who contact Tedanswer Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
You can write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please note that Tedanswer Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
If your concern is how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Louisiana.

We acknowledge complaints by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If you disagree with our reply, respond and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
